On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), it is my distinct honour and privilege to warmly welcome all distinguished guests, esteemed colleagues, delegates, and partners to the 9th Conference of the Association of Radiation and Clinical Oncologists of Nigeria.

The theme of this year’s conference, “From Access to Excellence: Optimizing Multimodality Cancer Care,” emphasizes the shift from simply providing access to cancer services toward delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that meets global standards.
